Modern occultism, now popular in the West, widely applies the system of the four Elements, which came to us from the cultures of the Ancient East. It is well-known and quite widespread due to its adapted version used in popular horoscopes, but the very concept of this system is much deeper and more capacious. The system of the four Elements is interconnected with a number of esoteric teachings and has its roots deep in the past.

If we recall the philosophy and teachings of the Ancient East, we can see the existence of analogies of the system in question with many concepts of the culture of Ancient India.

“Strong and unpredictable magic. Anyone can master it, but few can learn to control it. And if this happened, and the magician was able to learn to control this magic, then this is an extraordinary magician… a magician whose inner calmness and harmony were able to curb such unpredictable things as the elements.”  Danilin

It is believed that elemental magic is a form of magic that magicians are born with. She wakes up at the same time they wake up as magicians. Basically, it is a telekinetic ability to manipulate the element with which they are born. Most magicians are born with the ability to control only one element.

There are about seven types of elemental magic in total. Among them are Water, Earth, Fire, Air, Mind, Metal, Electricity. Other sources besides Water, Air, Fire and Earth, mention Wood, Lightning, Metal, Vox and Shadow (https://victubia.fandom.com/wiki/Elemental_Magic).
